Author Guidelines

Convergia: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research

1. General Requirements

  • Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another journal.

  • Articles can be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia, using clear and academic language.

  • Manuscripts outside the journal's scope will not be considered.

2. Types of Accepted Manuscripts

  • Original research articles

  • Systematic or narrative literature reviews

  • Case studies or practice reports

  • Interdisciplinary theoretical or conceptual papers

3. Manuscript Structure

Research articles should follow this structure:

  • Title (maximum 20 words)

  • Author(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words) in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Keywords (3–5 keywords)

  • Introduction

  • Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • Acknowledgments (if applicable)

  • References

4. Technical Requirements

  • Length: 4,000–7,000 words including references

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx)

  • Paper size: A4, 1.15 spacing, 2.5 cm margins

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt

  • Citation and references should follow the latest APA Style

  • Minimum 15 references, with at least 60% from peer-reviewed journals published within the last 10 years

5. Submission and Review Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s OJS system.

  • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

  • Authors will be notified of the manuscript status through the email provided in the system.

6. Ethics and Originality Statement

  • Authors must submit an Originality Declaration Form at the time of submission.

  • The journal strictly prohibits plagiarism. All manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software before the review process.
