Convergia: Journal of Multidisciplinary Research

All manuscripts submitted to Convergia undergo an initial editorial screening to ensure relevance to the journal's scope, adherence to submission guidelines, and originality. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are then subject to a double-blind peer review process.

Review Stages:

  1. Initial Editorial Assessment
The editor evaluates the manuscript’s scope, formatting, originality, and publication potential.

  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
The manuscript is sent to two reviewers with expertise relevant to the topic. Identities of both the authors and the reviewers are concealed to maintain objectivity.

  3. Reviewer Recommendations
Reviewers provide a written evaluation and recommend one of the following decisions:

    • Accept without revision

    • Accept with minor revisions

    • Accept with major revisions

    • Reject

  4. Author Revision
Authors are requested to revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ comments and submit a revised version along with a response letter.

  5. Final Decision by Editor
Based on the reviewers' feedback and the quality of revisions, the editor makes the final publication decision.

  6. Editing and Publication
Accepted manuscripts will undergo copyediting and layout formatting before being published in the assigned issue.

Review Timeline

The average duration from submission to final decision is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and the timeliness of author revisions.
